Attendance Rules – Bhagat Public School

Attendence

1.	It is compulsory for all the students to complete 75% attendance before every exam to make them eligible to sit in the examination. In case the attendance is short, student will not be eligible for promotion/any academic award.

2.	Repeated absence without leave or unexplained absence for more than seven consecutive days renders the student liable to have his/her name struck off the rolls.

3.	All the children are expected to attend the school on the last day before closing for vacation and on the opening day after the vacation.

4.	If any students wants leave, He/She will have to send a written application duly signed by the parents. Without parents’ sign, application will not be accepted. No phone call will be accepted.

5.	If any student remains absent without any information, he or she will have to pay fine of Rs. 20/- according to per day.

6.	Student suffering from any one of the followig diseases must observe the prescribed period of quarantine beofre returning to class.


(i)	Chicken Pox :	Till complete falling of scabs.

(ii)	Cholera :	Till the child is completely well.

(iii)	Measles :	Two weeks after the rash disappears.

(iv)	Mumps:	Untill the swelling has gone.

(v)	Eye Flue :	Till the infection is over.
